Flight Insurance
Flight insurance refers to the accidental death and dismemberment insurance for injuries caused by an airplane accident or crash. As with many such insurance policies, flight insurance policy also pays out the full face amount of the policy incase of loss of life or loss of two limbs or eyes.
Payments for other unforeseen events are also provided in flight insurance. Since commercial air travel is considered as safe, the costs of flight insurance is relatively less. Generally most of the flight insurance plans offer high limits of coverage for the insured. Different flight insurance policies of different companies have different requirements and restrictions. Flight insurance policies also at times, act as accidental death and dismemberment policies. Most of the flight insurance policies pay for loss of life, loss of both limbs, loss of sight in both eyes and loss of one limb and one sight.
